Very tight process. Phone screening --> 1 hour behavioral/resume review with manager -->30 minute with CEO. Mostly asked what you could do for the company, any projects you had in mind. Very kind interviewers that respected your time. Recruiter even gave genuine feedback when asked post rejection. Overall very pleasant process.
