Interview process consisted on three separate interviews. The first one was a phone screen interview with the recruiter. It was very straightforward and only lasted about 15 minutes with basic questions about myself and why I would like to apply. Second interview was also over the phone, but this time it was conducted by higher level associates (3 of them separately) which lasted about two hours. About 30 minutes spent on explaining the position, an hour talking about my resume in detail and about 10 minutes of waiting between each associate. The last interview was in person, conducted by two of the previous associates that had interviewed me over the phone and the managing director. It lasted about an hour and was asked more critical thinking type questions and negotiating salary.
