It was standard process. Don't remember that much. In first place, before the interview, there was skill test given. Accompany by two members - HR member and leader of the anim. group. HR started by describing standard gibberish, later handed the stick to anim. leader which she went straight to the point. Questions like "what have u done", "what the company aims for and the rquirements", etc.
