I went through an extensive interview process for the role, which involved six separate interviews, each lasting close to an hour. While I appreciated the thoroughness of the process, I was left feeling frustrated by the lack of communication afterward. Despite waiting more than two weeks, I never received a clear answer about whether I was being considered for the role. I reached out for feedback but did not receive a response, which left me uncertain about where I stood. A clearer timeline and more consistent updates would have been helpful to manage expectations. It's important for companies to provide transparency and feedback, especially after investing so much time in the interview process.

There were 4 stages to the Interviews. First was with Talent, then HR, then current EA and lastly the hiring Managers. Initial contact was a short telephone interview, then a virtual interview and then a face to face interview with the hiring manager and the Executive Assistant currently in the position.
