Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez GOAT Group
Entretien
Recruiter reached out to me. Interview process consisted of a technical phone screen followed by an on-site with a few technical rounds. Group was friendly enough. The final “cultural” round asked some pretty probing questions about my work situation, as if they didn’t reach out to me for the position. Just generally uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Of course recruitment couldn’t be bothered to fulfill their own stated commitments on timeline / feedback. If they treat their customers with the same care as their candidates, it’s not surprising that their reviews are so poor.

Entretien
Leetcode interview, and then system design. Chatting about work that I am currently doing. Had very little time to ask questions, recruiter was somewhat helpful but not really. The process was fine, nothing really negative but also nothing postiive.
Interviewers and recruiters were all very nice. Overall not a bad experience, but did get stringed along for about a month after final round to find out I didn't get the role. They wouldn't reject me but kept pushing their estimated response time back everytime the deadline came up.

Entretien
Fairly straightforward process with introductory calls, standard technical interviews, and virtual onsite interviews. You can first expect a technical LeetCode style question, then another technical question about system design, a behavioral/cultural one, and one delving into detail about past project(s).
