Astonishingly unprofessional and lack of class. I went through the entire process, took the time out of my work day to do a 90 minute task, had one video interview and finally got to the in person interview. They didn't tell me anything about how I did on my task, or give any indication of next steps. Afterwards I sent an extremely nice email saying it was nice to meet you, etc and I never heard back. Maybe 2+ months later I see on their LinkedIn they hired someone else. Would've been nice to know! To have someone take that much time out and then completely ghost them is beyond unprofessional, I can't believe that's how they do business. It takes 2 minutes to send even an automated email informing me they went in a different direction, how cowardly can you be. I'm glad I dodged a bullet and didn't work for people who clearly have no communication skills, class or professionalism.
