Recruiter reached out shortly after I applied online and had a friend there flag my application. Had a short phone conversation and then several rounds of virtual interviews with hiring managers on different teams, as well as a scheduled 3 hour writing and skills test. The hiring managers were all really nice (and VERY understanding when I had technical difficulties) and it was all pretty standard behavioral questions. I reached out after not hearing back for a couple weeks and received a kind response saying they went with someone else. Even though I didn't get an offer, I really appreciated their professionalism throughout the process.
