I was screened by the recruiter who was very knowledgeable and friendly. She had worked for GMF for 9 years and her attitude was fresh liked she loved her job. I was quickly moved to the next step in the process which is an hour interview with the AVP. I was told what to expect and given some ideas about how to prepare for the meeting. I have not interviewed yet but I am preparing for it. Based on the information provided it seems to be very detailed. There are a lot of bases to cover.
