I applied because of a recommendation from an associate that worked there via the GM Financial website. Within a week, I received a call from an HR representative that lasted about 30 mins. We went over my resume and was asked why I wanted to work for the company. Then was asked about 3 to 4 behavioral questions and was setup for an in person interview about a week later. Met with 2 supervisors that were really nice and cordial and discussed behavioral questions and my resume. After that, immediately met with avp just to see if I was a good fit with the culture and the team. After about a week, I received an offer. Overall, the experience went really well.
