I was lucky and the interview was scheduled not too long after my application and from applying to securing the job, it probably took a month. In the process, I walked the interviewers through my portfolio and presented academic and professional work.

Easy conversations, not formal, felt like it was trying to get a good character match rather than just someone to fill the spot. Seems willing to train people with less experience since they have their own design and build standards
