HR emailed to set up a phone interview about a week after I applied online. The interview was very laid back and conversational, and the interviewer did most of the talking. About 3 days later I was asked to set up a 2nd phone interview, which was also casual but more situational and resume based. A few days after that one was emailed with a case study to return within 3 days.

The online interview with the manager was smooth and highly professional, characterized by clear communication, well-structured questions, and a friendly, welcoming tone. The conversation flowed naturally, with minimal technical disruptions, allowing for an engaging, insightful, and productive discussion. Overall, it was a positive, comfortable, and well-organized experience that reflected strong preparation and mutual respect.

What is one difficulty you faced working as a team and how did you overcome it.
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was an initial HR screening focusing on background and motivation. The second round was with the team manager, discussing responsibilities and relevant experience. The final round was with the CEO, mainly assessing cultural fit and long-term commitment. The overall process was professional and straightforward.

solid interview process, a 30 minute chat with the hr recruiter, mostly behavioral questions and then asking about how your english and chinese is. very simple and very effective, did not waste time at all.
