1. Phone screen with HR
2. Phone interview with two members of the team
3. Online assessment
4. Two back-to-back interviews with random members of the company, who you would not be working with or even be in the same country of.

"Why should people want to sit next to you at work?"
HR screening, case studies with team lead, culture fit interview, then C-suite interview. People were nice case studies kinda threw me off but Expert Networking Companies are known for that. I could tell the workload would be insane. Respect for the employees.
4 step interview process along with case study and some technical tests. Huge emphasis on GLG knowledge. Fairly staight forward process. Quick as well. So all is good with the interview peocess
