J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez GLG (Austin, TX) en janv. 2013
Entretien
First, I was contacted by a recruiter who screened me and went over my resume. After they decided I might be a good fit, my resume was forwarded to a hiring manager. A phone interview was set up. On the phone interview questions about the business model, company's history, and my resume were presented. Questions were asked about what type of companies would be interested in the type of services they provide. After this, an in person interview was requested at their office in downtown Austin. Four people came in, one after another, and each lasted about half an hour. There were traditional questions about career path, and why GLG, etc.. and there were also GLG specific questions. For instance, "What market share are we currently trying to capture."

30 mins HR call without opening camera. Just asked basic question. HR will send the introduction of the company before the call and quite focus on your understanding of the company and its business model.
Met with multiple members of the team and provided with a case study. It was all via zoom and professional; meeting with both higher ups and those currently in the role I was applying for.

Process moved relatively quickly. I applied online, and within a few days HR reached out for an initial phone screen. A few days later they emailed back asking for a phone interview with the head of the department.
The interviewer asked the usual questions about my past experience and future career goals.... entire process was pretty standard though the interviewer seemed uncomfortable asking questions. It didn't seem like he had had any training on how to conduct an interview.
