Interview process consisted of a very impersonal STAR format with three people asking the questions. Two of the interviewers visibly had no interest in being there. Expect your typical STAR questions that you can look up anywhere, just don't expect to actually be asked anything relating to your actual knowledge or experience. Not sure why these small companies use this format and it never seems like the people asking the questions have any training on what to record.
