phone then zoom practical interview. Was so easy. I feel anyone can get hired there. They have multiple people on at the same time. Was watching the other people do the hair and was like How do they even see what were doing on here. Felt more protocol then an actual test of skill.

It needs to be stated that it's a group interview for your technical. I would've never interviewed had I known. I find group interviews to be very tacky and lazy. It should be used for fast food/retail. It is never that serious in more specialized fields and it comes across as scammy when it is. Their background check takes forever as well.
