They were a few minutes late on the first interview. For the second interview, as I waited in the lobby the interviewer was socially chatting about 2 meters away from me while it was 10 minutes past my interview time. Then he proceeded to walk right in front of me and ignored me completely as I was waiting for him. Didn't even say anything like, "Sorry for being late" or, "I'll be with you shortly." Just walked around the corner and kept on going as if I didn't exist, even after his desk clerk told him that I had arrived (15 minutes early).
