The interview process consisted of one phone screening, two virtual presentations, one in-person interview, and two days of in-person training (after position offered) - overall, the interviews were on the more informal side and there wasn't clear guidelines regarding next steps/timeline for interview process. I think this just comes with the territory of working with a smaller company.
