Long and over 4 interviews, spread over a two month period. After the final interview I did not hear back from the company for a month despite sending emails. HR then sent a brief and formulaic negative response. I felt that the amount of effort involved and time spent with people at the company, would have led to a more rapid, unpromted and personal ongoing and final communication. Perhaps an indicator of management style and company culture that is best avoided.

First 3 interviews went well. The 4th with the company that had acquired GL didn’t go well. The interviewer was late and seemed defensive throughout the interviews. From being very encouraging and pro-active, I then had to chase to find out what was happening and didn’t get any feedback.
