Contacted the recruiter directly, who promptly scheduled a quick call with HR that lasted around 5 minutes or so. After having my profile endorsed, I was interviewed by the hiring manager who asked me fairly simple questions about the ad industry, my hobbies and interests, how my experience could contribute to the company, what I knew about GIGIL, etc. Got the offer two days after my interview.
