First Call with thé talent acquisition. It was good after 10 days I received take-home assignement. I did it after 2 weeks I met two developers… they asked technical questions..
After that there is no response… I dont like that! I spent a lot of Time to do all this process I would like to receive their feedback

Entretien
The interview process was very quick. I went through all 3 interviews with GHGSat within a week's time. A recruiter was used for this position.
- 1st interview with HR. It was a plesant conversation. We discussed mainly behavioral based questions and found several things in common. - 2nd interview (technical) with management and a senior developer. Both of them were friendly and I felt it went well.
-3rd and final interview with VP and tech lead. Both were plesant and asked mostly about behavioural based questions. They described the conditions and whether they were acceptable or not. I was asked to show up on-site very often despite the fact that most of the team would not be. I mentioned I would do whatever was necessary. All of the interviews were done very quickly. 3 interviews within 7 days. Afterwards this is where things progressed down hill.
I was told I would receive a response within a week. Fast forward over a month later, no response from anyone (company or recruiter) despite reaching out multiple times I was assured my hiring was immenent. This was a complete disregard for my personal time dedicated to their interview process and the preparations involved. I would have preferred at the very minimum an update of some kind, but instead I was completely ghosted. This seems to be a recurring issue with this company as indicated by other reviews, and I am dissappointed with the lack of regard for potential candidates. I believe I deserved feedback to know where my standing was seeing the amount of time that was put into the whole process.
