I had one-on-one discussions with team members about my technical experience and answered technical questions about software development based on my resume and a take-home test with simple requirements. I was really disappointed in the end, as they didn’t thoroughly review my solution based on the feedback provided. Additionally, some requirements were explicitly stated as not needed, yet the feedback indicated they were required. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

There were 2 rounds of 1-hr technical interviews. It was fairly average. Technical interview was average. Live coding, conceptual questions, scenario questions, whiteboarding system design. After the 2nd round I was told that they will be finalizing my application. Recruiter then reached out to me to ask me a list of references. I assumed my application was gaining traction. I waited for a week for results. I followed up with a question and said they were still finalizing the process. I waited another 3 days to send a second follow up. They replied that I wasnt selected. They said my technical expertise was impressive, but they didnt say anything else as to why I wasnt selected. If you want to waste your time with an non-transparent recruitment process, this company is just for you.
