Phone chat with recruiter followed by in-person interview with hiring manager and a few other group members. I made an offer but when I tried to negotiate terms, they first said they would get me a higher offer but never followed through. I never received a new offer despite repeatedly being told it was coming.
GHD’s process is thorough, beginning with an online application and digital screening. Candidates progress through video interviews, psychometric assessments, and behavioral-based interviews with the team. For graduates, a group assessment center often precedes the final offer.

First is HR Interview where they would ask you typical questions (availability, past experience, etc)
Next is technical interview with the Team Lead or Hiring Manager. Depending on your field, they would ask you several questions. Interview was conducted via Zoom and lasted around 45 minutes.

first was a call from HR, then 2nd round was a 1 hour interview with hiring manager and another manager. Typical interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary. They asked preferred office to work in.
