Recruiter spent an hour describing the multiple ways to make money on a commission-only plan. Was asked to fill out an application which was heavily focused on consumer credit for some reason. Had a web meeting scheduled that was canceled 1 hour before scheduled time.

Online application, three phone interviews, a bit of selling how my background fits the requirements of the job. Background checks should be expected. Several questions came up about virtual work environment and time/project management skills
