The EVP of Development interviewed me for the position, as she was in charge of the entire HR Department (very small). She was very professional but friendly and she made me feel comfortable, rather than putting me on edge. She was fascinated when I showed her my portfolio that I had created during my undergraduate program and was impressed with the layout of my resume.
