There will be 3 rounds ..2 technical for 1hr each round and 1 managerial for 30mins. Followed by HR round. I have given best in what technologies in worked on but they not only need on what we worked they also need latest technologies like azure, cloud,nosql etc which they will not be informing us while scheduling the interview. Even though we answer best in our technologies they will not select us and give feedback as not upto mark on latest technologies we are looking into it. My exp is 3+ , interviewer in first round has 8+ experience and for second round architect interviewed.Depth of qsts was also too high where they need to be asked for 5+ exp. If u want to get job in GEP learn complete depth of each scenario u gonna answer and keep ur skills updated with all latest technologies. I would feel happy if they could say it initially at the time of scheduling instead of telling it after taking 2hrs of interview that they need exp into which technologies.

After that HR but HR wasn't available to discuss.I got email fr om HR about selection After 2 days I call HR for same then she shared salary structure but it was totally opposite whatever we discussed on call. I tell to her about discussions but she said this is current market standard.and I stressed if you give me this XYZ amount then only I will come she agreed but after that she refused. So guys please aware with this situation and get a confirmation email or any to face this situation.
