Received form denial that said my "array of skills and achievements were not what we were looking for at this time." Called corporate with no return call from HR so emailed the Director of HR and asked her to explain what that meant, explain how I don't meet the minimums, and how all of this matches with their being an Equal Opportunity Employer as stated on their career page. Received a generic, corporate-speak, non-answer that didn't reply to anything I had asked.
