I was only reached out to for a phone interview so far. Enjoyed the phone interview. Very personable staff. Asked good questions and they were fairly easy to answer. Look forward to the in person interview

Unorganized, unprofessional and all contact was automated. I agreed to participate in a Teams meeting (no cameras on) this last Friday. I waited in the meeting for a over a half hour...no one joined. I received 5 or 6 reminders leading up to this, and no one showed. I also emailed the recruiter (no phone numbers provided) during the wait, and she never bothered to acknowledge my inquiries. I followed up with an email to her today, and not even professional enough to apologize or acknowledge my note. This is my second poor experience interviewing with Geodis. Disappointing to say the least.

Entretien
Interview process was easy. I received a call from corp. about 2 weeks after I had a applied. I had a phone interview with the manager and then visited the facility twice for an in person interview with manager, VP and customer.

They asked about my previous background. They also asked a few situational questions. Questions were fairly easy. They asked about the company, so make sure to always do your research.
