Standard interview besides the role play scenario - basic phone interview describing the position - second phone interview is a more 1:1 getting more into your work life and STAR based questions - Then they perform driving history and credit history check. Next was the Role Play which i did not pass although a lot of reviews on here said it was a horrible experience which intimidated me as i went to do the role play - I found it rather simple i made a lot of mistakes which i caught after i had already made the mistake but i was just nervous. If you are used to tough situations and or are a good interviewer you should pass without a problem. Tip ignore the first packet they give you besides the essential instructions for example company policies, how to talk to the customer and clients. Besides that ditch the other 10 pages because after about 20 minutes into the role play they give you another packet with all the information you are going to need - hope this helps

Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

Entretien
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Entretien
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
