Interview process was long and management was not on time. Very basic questions and corporate questions. Interview was easy and they were judging off leadership rather than skill. 4 interview total, declined for better management and company .

Recruiter Call, Hiring Manager. Recruiter was professional, called and no ghosting. Hiring Manager call was quite strange, asked not much about role or candidate's experience itself but more hard line questioning about ideation without real problem statements. Some red flag questions about how to prove product value without leadership buy in. Did not make it to full loops.
