Entretien
It was a very long one - 6 weeks if I remember correctly. There was a personality assessment, a mock system for you to demonstrate proficiency in actioning calls and documenting. There was a phone interview with HR, with a Claims supe and another with a Claims manager. Drug testing (hair, not urine) and a background check, Very standard for a huge company hiring people to handle sensitive information.

Easy, first you take a keyboard and personality test, Then you interview with a manager. After, they will send you either an offer letter or a letter advising over choosing other candidates.

A situation where I had to help someone in the workplace.
Panel interview. Simulation style interview to see how well you can handle tasks and stress. Stay calm and prioritize all of the tasks. Something will lack but it has to be insignificant.
Be prepared with examples to plug and play. May include a technical assessment.
For the interview:
Must use STAR method in responses. Be prepared to give detailed examples. Focus on the customer. Use tactical instances and tie it back to the questions asked.
