First was a pretty standard test where you watch a short video of a situation you might encounter with customers or auto shops and how you would handle them. You don't need to know adjusting or cars or anything its mostly just "dealing with people." The rest of the test is the same sort of personality test you have probably already done on Indeed or similar, followed by a basic reading and typing test.
The first actual interview is short, they tell you about the position, ask you a few pretty basic questions about availability, relocating, and so on.
Third and final interview is with your potential supervisor, and asks you all the same questions you were already asked in the online test and the prior interview, with a few more "why do you want to work here" and "where do you see yourself in five years" type questions.
The interview process was not hard, and I honestly believe I interviewed well. However, I am transgender and I am certain I was discriminated against by the final interviewer. Being that he asked the same questions I had already been asked and I answered his questions exactly as I had before with good results, but when I was told it would be at least a week before I heard back instead I got an email that I had not made the cut within the same day.
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
