Went through multiple interviews, starting with a phone interview with recruiter. It seems that this point of the hiring process is just screening candidates. I have not heard anything more from the interview. Do well on the personality and IQ tests. Seems to be a long process and was hard to find the same time to talk on the phone with the recruiter. Be sure to have examples of your leadership skills ready to talk about.
