there were multiple steps. there were also multiple interviews. The interviews give you a good idea of how you will do in the job and your current ability at that time to perform the job duties.
the first interview was your standard intial interview, the second interview was more in depth with tests of how you might do in the sales position.

Interviewed with 1 person and then had a second round with 2 people. They asked many of the same questions. They were very nice and helpful when I asked questions about the company myself.
Interview process went rather well although we had to change a few times
During the interview they were open to us asking questions and seem to answer in a sincere manner

A lot of questions, and test that you have to take with a lot of different scenarios and situations that you may come across in the job, Pretty self explanatory
