During the phone interview, you're asked about yourself a little, you're advised of the schedule they have available and when you've successfully completed that part, recruiter extends offer and brings you in for computer test and possible interview. Computer test is not very difficult, just need to pay close attention. If you pass computer test, you move on to face to face interview with another recruiter, they will ask you about your past jobs, will play out scenarios and ask you how you would deal with certain customers. If you move forward, you will be asked to role play. You will be coached and I believe this part of the interview is what determines if you receive the position or not. After successful completion, you interview with the final manager in the department. She extends the job offer if you're a match.
