I learned about the program from a recruiter at a job fair and applied online that night. Had my first phone interview within 2 days, second phone interview within the next day or two. Went in for an in-person interview along with testing and role playing the next week (took around 4/5 hours). The week after that, I went for a job preview along with two more interviews and accepted the position! (about 3/4 hours) Tips: Make sure that you have plenty of time on your interview days so you won't feel rushed, and as with anything in life be on time and prepared. Everyone was really friendly and helpful during the whole process. Each person clearly explained the next steps as I went along and I was given feedback after each interview which to me was very helpful. The recruiter stayed in contact with me, guiding me through the whole process which was really great. Each step in the process gave me insight into the job. I was able to see whether the job was a good fit for what I want for my future, and if my being hired would be mutually beneficial for the company as well as myself. I really appreciated that aspect. Also, for the drug testing they use hair so women, make sure you can easily take down your hair so they can get a sample.
