Entretien
I applied for the Auto Damage Adjuster Trainee position at GEICO in Montgomery County, MD in September. The total process as of right now has taken two days and my wait until December to do the second half of the interview process.
I applied online, then two days later I got an email asking for my best time to conduct a phone interview. The phone interview lasted 15 minutes. She asked questions about my past, told me about the job, asked if I was up to working rigorous hours and then going through three months of training (with now whats a three week process in McLean, VA with schooling happening on Saturday).
She then told me she wanted me to continue the process for next June's candidates (as that is when I graduate college) so I have to wait for December to finish up my application process.

Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

Entretien
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Entretien
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
