Fairly standard prescreen phone interview and then in person *skill* assessment. Perform adjuster duties for a fictional company. Fill out claim paperwork, adjust claims, plan onsite visits, and negotiate with vendors. This was a trainee position, no experience necessary.

Recently had interview with geico for adjuster trainee role. Was very bland. Had issues with hearing recruiter through video so she called me. Never heard back from her until almost 3 weeks later since I emailed and reached out. Then they sent me the Thank you for your time email. Cannot re apply with them for 6 months
