I only got to the phone interview, but it was very interrogating and tense. The recruiter seemed dull which made it hard to feel comfortable and similar to talking to a brick wall.

Applied online then was contacted via email by a recruiter. Took a skills test assessment which was mostly quantitative and counting blocks. Received a phone interview and scheduled to meet at the San Diego, CA HQ... This fast track career starts you off as a customer service representative working out of a call center and move your way upwards to a management position. Unfortunately, moving upwards from a representative to management can take years - depending how well you apply your skill sets and learned skill sets. Pay is also minimum.
