Starts with a simple letter as to why you want to work for Geico, then it's followed by a 2-step review of your math and critical thinking/logical thinking. The review is timed which gives you about 3 min per question for about 20 questions for each section. The time limit was a bit limiting as it felt like you were rushed to answer the questions, thus allowing for more room for error even if you could do the problems given more time. This was mostly an issue on the logic problems as opposed to the math problems. Regardless, after this is the final stage of the interview.

Spoke with the recruiter, then did a take-home math and logic test. Then had a phone call with a member of the hiring team. At the end I was flown out to the office and met with several team members.
