Entretien
Very long, but efficient. You will have to pass a typing test, as a call center employee. Also, will interview with the recruiting department. You will then have to complete 3 calls, where you will review the information about a company then take 3 incoming calls to see how you sound on the phone and how you handle customer interaction. Then you will interview with hiring manager, if all of the previous is satisfactory and I was offered the job on the spot. After being offered the job though, it was about 6 weeks before I started. So if you need a job NOW, be aware it takes a while.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with an irate customer? What was the situation and how did you handle it?
It was very good! Very nice! Everyone was pleasant. Loved the experience! Would absolutely recommend to everyone near and far! Great company! People love it! They are very welcoming and accommodating!
It was pretty straightforward. They asked routine questions and got back to me in maybe three days. They didn’t drag it out. The hiring manager was really nice to speak to and I have no complaints.

Entretien
It was great. Good questions. Exciting opportunities. The office was very impressive. I felt particularly challenged when given hypothetical. The office was empty for the holidays so they played a recorded call.
