Entretien
The interview process was quite long. I interviewed first with the college recruiter to go over my resume and qualifications and to see if I would be a good fit. soon after that, I had to take various tests, do some role-playing and situational circumstances and interview with the managers I'd be working under.
A lot of steps which included multiple phone interviews and an in person interview that involved role playing. Checked out my ability to prioritize by looking at a route map and planning a day, and negotiate. There were 4 other people in the room to interview me.

Entretien
First interview with recruiter, phone review with another recruiter, and then last interview with director. Total of 3 screenings. Overall, customer service questions and how you responded or dealt with a particular situation.

Q: Name a time when you seen a team member have more potential and they weren't using it
I did so horribly on my interview. A couple of months later I got an email from the recruiter who conducted my email asking to apply for the job. So, it wasn't horrible enough to be remembered.
