Applied online and after one month of I hearing nothing form them I walked into the local officer to follow up. I was told by an HR associate that they would call me for a phone interview. I was called a week later to do a simple phone interview which I passed. I was given an appointment for a second round of interviews. The second set of interviews consisted of a role playing session where I was given a scenario to memorize and play the role of an agent on the phone. I had no experience in customer service prior to role play but it was still pretty simple.
