Interviewer with team members that seemed genuinely interested in my experience. Didn't ask opaque behavioral questions, but rather, asked about past data analysis experience and how it could be applied to the position. Posed a mini case study that I fumbled on, but other than that it was a positive experience.

The interview is literally like a SCAM! I received a pre-interview homework with very vague instructions before I even talk to someone. It took me hours to build a dashboard. No feedback from the team and I have no idea how they will use my work. Is this even legal nowadays? I got an interview later but the recruiter is so unprofessional, who can’t keep the words and shows no respect of my time. I declined the interview. I’ll never apply for GEICO for the sake of respecting myself.
The interview process was the usual of behavioral questions and situational questions. There are phone calls, then zoom calls available for various positions. If you are selected with each step, you get emails to move forward.

Basic behavioral interview questions for phone screen like describe who you are, explain a challenge you overcame. They then give you a small overview of the role at the company. They said they would get back within the week.
