Was a straightforward process -- technical interview, manager interview, HR and then CIO interview. And then the compensation discussions The entire process was over telephone. The interview process and the recruiter was very helpful throughout the process.

Question 1
There was a lot of emphasis on capability rather than "what have you done". This leads to a good selection of the right candidate. The questions relied more on a scenario that you have faced and around what you've done, how and what was the end result in terms of deliverable, lessons learnt etc.
