After a 3 month wait period I had finally received a phone interview. After the phone interview another 3 month wait period followed. Finally an offer was presented after a total wait period of 7 months only to follow the most horrific on-boarding process I have ever experienced in my 15 years. The HR managers are non-existent, have zero follow through and the direct manager you would be reporting to has not a clue as to what they are doing. The hiring process is more than a clue as to the company culture and please understand "Buyer Beware", if the interview process is frustrating, it's only worse when you accept the offer because you will be living the same scenario everyday you walk throughout that door.
