I applied through their careers page and a recruiter reached out to me for my availability. Initial recruiter call was fairly straight forward with compensation expectations and specifics of the interview process. Second round was with the hiring manager where we went deeper into the role and responsibilities and scenario based behavioral questions/ Final loop was with 3 different people, including the CTO. Recruiter only mentioned the loop interviews would be behavioral but did not mention they also would be highly technical because I was asked to do high-level system design in all 3 rounds. I was technically knowledgeable enough to do well in those rounds.
