The interview process is thourough and respectful. There is usually 2 levels of online technical interviews followed by one face to face direct tecnical interview and then final HR interview. Overall, very organized and respectful.

Entretien
Not good. They didn't go through my profile before interview also not clear the JD they are looking for. I have been called first for architect and cleared all the rounds and got a call again next day for another round this time for a technical manager which is a puzzle to me as I am not sure what's their JD.
