Multiple interviewers. All were in the existing business, All had focused "canned" questions that get you to talk about "how" you accomplished specific projects, Strengths etc. The hiring manager and two of his direct reports were involved-peers to the role.

Entretien
Pretty standard interview process. First interviewed with Principal Recruiter from HR who described the role and went through my resume and experience. That was followed by another HR interview and then an interview with the regional finance lead and finally the hiring manager. Interview questions were pretty standard with a mix of behavioral questions and specific job-related questions.

Was selected on a reference; attended overseas telephonic interview -- was friendly and was made to appear informal; had a discussion with the HR head; discussed personally with the CEO; a final discussion with the HR head

The discussions were mostly informal and there were no technical questions; However, I was asked to explain my previous job challenges and the most important enjoyed contribution in the previous job
