They tend to hire from within or train new graduates. GE is excellent at picking people, they recruit, train and work to keep good people.

What would you do if there was no business in your territory the day you walked in? No leads, no funnel just you and a giant territory. Tell me how you would find new business.

First process is with a software, it asks 6 or 10 questions and it recorder you. After that you pass with the HR Manager and then People Leader. Don't worry about this process, it's not so difficult.

O processo seletivo foi relativamente rápido, talvez por avaliar/exigir competências nas quais eu possuia vasta experiência. Apesar do discurso de que uma possível curva de aprendizado fosse necessária e aceitável, a cobrança por resultados é imediata.

La entrevista inicial estuvo enfocada a la experiencia laboral previa, a preguntarme acerca del conocimiento y relacionamiento con cuentas clave en mi país. Una gran sección de la entrevista se realizó en inglés.
