Several rounds of interviews as well as presentation to a team of potential peers. This took ace face to face and via Skype. The face to face interviews took place in their offices.

Standard first and second round interview process. Questions were "tell me about a time when...". Then there was no communication despite my emails and phone call to the recruiter requesting follow-up. Nearly Two Months Later I was sent a thank you for applying email.
